The exterior of the house pays homage to its past with traditional white walls and a classic red-tiled roof, complemented by charming shutters and an inviting balcony terrace. Surrounded by expansive green spaces, it offers plenty of room for relaxation and outdoor play, ideal for families or those who wish to unwind in the tranquility of nature.

Step inside and discover an oasis of tranquility. The complete renovation has created a bright and airy atmosphere, with natural materials and soft color tones setting the tone. The open-concept living area, with its high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, exudes warmth and character, while the modern furnishings and amenities—including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining and living areas—leave nothing to be desired.

We have our own swimming and rowing spot, complete with a fishing platform, on a river that leads to our lake.
The lake is of particular interest to birdwatchers and ornithologists. It is a nature reserve home to rare birds, which can be observed from a viewing platform.
Anglers can use one of our rowboats for a trip down the river and out onto the lake. There are other lakes in the area, ranging from a secluded swimming cove to a tourist beach with a volleyball net, mini-golf, kayak rentals, and a swimming pool (Mariestad on Lake Vänern).
Right next to the house are extensive wooded areas that are perfect for walking and mushroom picking.

Single and two-person sea kayaks can be rented for a fee to explore the surrounding lakes.
