L'Annexe is a vacation rental for 6 people with an “industrial-style” decor.
Completely private and fenced-in, it offers high-end amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
L'Annexe includes access to the indoor pool, heated to 28° year-round.
It is located near the cottage but remains separate.Shared access with the Gîte de Viviers but EXCLUSIVE during the day according to set hours to comply with health regulations: from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a choice of 2-hour time slots (on an alternating basis: guests from the two cottages are not together at the pool at the same time).

Its 3 bedrooms, spread over 2 floors, are all equipped with a double bed (160 x 200) and each has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Open-concept space on the first floor: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, sink, living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player, and dining room with large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace.
Playroom for children with a unique playhouse... (books, board games...)
Outside, you’ll find patio furniture to enjoy the sun on the terrace, a grill, lounge chairs, and a swing for the little ones.
A travel crib with mattress, baby bathtub, and high chair are available free of charge upon request.


Bath linens available for rent: 8 euros (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth).
