Very bright, located at the 5th floor of a modern building with lift, double exposure, the apartment has a big entrance with a comfortable storage, one bedroom with double bed and a nice living room with a double sofa bed. Possible to accommodate up to 4 people. Two bathrooms (a bigger one with shower and the other one with sink, toilet and bidet). Separate fully furnished kitchen with table and chairs. A beautiful terrace with sea view and a nice balcony complete the property. Amenities: micro-wave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi.

Truly enjoyed our stay here, our second time to Nice. The location is excellent, steps to the Promenade D’Anglais, 10 minute walk to the train station and surrounded by countless restaurants and shops. The condo was super clean, well outfitted and the secondbathroom was a real bonus. Would return here in a heartbeat!

Excellent accommodation in an excellent location. Balconies front and back were great for getting the sun all day. Would definitely return.

We stayed for two weeks and were generally disappointed by the noise due to the apartment above being renovated, lots of hammering and drilling. Although we tried to stay out it wasn't always possible due to weather. Our apartment was rather old-fashioned, with dated furniture and a very hard bed. Contact with Maria and her co-host Edith and was reliable and check in easy. Perhaps our expectations were just too high.
