This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom deluxe home is perfect for families or groups of up to six — and because both bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share. The living area is cozy with comfortable furnishings and a big flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks and full mountain meals. There’s seating for five at the kitchen counter.
Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary cable TV and Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Terrific location for exploring Breckenridge town - just a few minutes walk to the best restaurants. The two bedrooms each with their own bathroom were a plus. We had a couple small problems that the host addressed quickly.

Lovely getaway, very cute place and in a perfect location. Hosts were quick to respond when I had questions. I would stay here again for sure!

House was perfect for 2 couples for a ski week. Great common area to visit then make to retreat to basement and 2nd floor for bed. Easy walk to the Quicksilver lift and into town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Much of the furniture is in need of replacement. It is worn and uncomfortable. The bedrooms are in need of at least one chair. The unit was acceptably clean. The front and side porches were filthy. Summit was responsive and did have a team come and clean the front porch.
