The property has four comfortably furnished bedrooms, accommodating up to nine guests.

Each bedroom provides storage for clothes and personal belongings, with fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels supplied for all guests.

The spacious attic bedroom benefits from a private en-suite shower room, providing additional comfort and privacy.

Bathrooms and WC

One of the townhouse's standout features is its practical bathroom arrangement for larger groups.

The stylish family bathroom features a freestanding bath and separate shower cubicle.

The attic bedroom has its own private en-suite shower room, while an additional ground-floor WC provides extra convenience.

With two shower rooms and an additional WC, getting ready in the morning is easier when travelling together.

Living Room

The welcoming living room provides a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Whitehaven or the western Lake District.

Comfortable seating and a Smart TV make it a lovely place to unwind and spend time together.

Before Your Stay

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.

Security Deposit and Damage Protection

Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:

• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.

• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.

Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
