- The cabin operates on a shared-well as most cabins; if there is extreme water usage in a short duration you may experience low water pressure for 6-12 hrs. Water conservation tips are provided to all parties to help mitigate the risk.
Road Conditions:
Once you're off the main road, the majority of the drive is paved and two-lane. Once you reach Cashes Valley Ln, it becomes a twisty, turny one-lane paved road. The final stretch up to the cabin is uphill, narrow, and winding, with uneven terrain in some areas. Where the road is rougher, use the best side of the road for traction and maintain a steady speed to avoid your wheels spinning. 4WD or snow tires are recommended in winter months — North GA doesn't get much snow, but the steep streets can still be hard to climb without it.
Wildlife:
- You are in the wilderness and may come in contact with bears, deers, bugs, and other critters! DO NOT leave food in cars and be sure to keep windows and car doors locked. All garbage must be bagged and thrown into the outside bins.
- Guests must never approach or feed wild animals

Was impressed with how well the house was stocked especially the kitchen (pots, bowls, plates, utensils, etc.). The switches were well labeled and it was very easy to adapt. We used the grill and hot tub a few times. I like the gate between the steps and front door to give you an added sense of security. Beds were comfortable. Overall we were pleased and would stay there again.

The check in and out process was smooth. The cabin was clean and as described in the listing. Would definitely stay there again if back in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin in the woods. Check in was smooth and easy. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with soap, detergent, toilet paper, etc...we brought some coolers of food/drinks from home and ate out so we didnt have to go grocery shopping for anything which was nice. I loved the tower fans in all the bedrooms even though we only used the one in the loft at night. Bedrooms in all the tvs was great, too, for easy bedtime for the little one. The property is so secluded and peaceful...just what we were wanting. We spent the days in Blue Ridge and Elijay riding the train, shopping antique stores, playing mini golf, gem mining, visiting the Big Foot Museum, and we plan to go tubing next time. Evenings were spent playing corn hole, hanging out in the hot tub, and enjoying the game room with things for all ages young and old. Thank you for a wonderful stay...we are already talking about planning a return trip and bringing more family. I highly recommend this cabin!
