Outstanding, move-in ready home in Harding Heights! Located in the heart of Houston. Five minutes from Downtown, seven minutes from the Galleria, fifteen minutes from the Energy Corridor. THE SPACE INTERIOR
Open concept island kitchen with granite counters, SS appliances, double ovens, and breakfast bar opens to sunny breakfast room and spacious den with corner fireplace and wall of windows; formal dining with chair rail; wine grotto/wet bar with beautifully wrought iron doors; all 4 bedrooms and game room up; master retreat has cozy fireplace, private balcony, palatial closet, and luxurious bath. It has fenced yard with covered patio too!
You have access to the whole house except for the garage.
NOTES
- Parking can be very limited. The neighbors will call police if their driveways are blocked.
- No loud music.
- Everything must be contained to the inside of the house.
- If you break any of the house rules we will keep your deposit so please be honest about what you are renting the house for.

Great spot in the center of Houston. About 30 mins from everything. The WiFi could use some work but otherwise all is good

Host was amazing, communicated efficiently. The house was amazing, very clean and spacious. Plus the house centrally located to everything. Will definitely book in the future.

The property was great, but with a few cosmetic issues. Property manager was great up until towards the end of my stay when he didn’t answer, nor return my call. Major issue was the ceiling leaked all week that looks like from upstairs, but I couldn’t tell the property manager, because that’s when he didn’t answer nor return my call. The beds in the secondary rooms were smaller than advertised. Many light bulbs need to be replaced throughout home. TV’s in only two rooms of the four, and the one in the master bedroom is much too small, and a very bad picture. I was there for a conference, and had plenty of evening time to watch tv, so that wasn’t good. Very few channels on the tv, so I was thankful to have had my fire stick. It was however stocked very well with toiletries.
