If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Overall the condo was very nice and suited our needs, host was responsive and easy to work with. Only things that could have been better were the beds, they are very, very firm, and the floors were swept but it seems it's been some time since they were mopped as our feet/socks were dirty right after showing and only having walked on the interior floors. These things won't prevent us from staying here again, but worth mentioning.

Fantastic location with plenty of parking for our truck, trailer and jeep! House was great and Amazing view of the Moab Rim too. Loved our stay here.

Clean, fantastic communication. They even checked in via text and sent check in and check out instructions independently so I didn't have to go find the original email. The house had everything and more that we needed. I may have misunderstood the bathroom situation a bit, but just know the second "hall" bath is over off the laundry area a bit away from the two bedrooms. There is a full bath as well right by the two bedrooms too. It wasn't an issue though, as it was still a full smaller bath with shower, while the other hall bath has a tub which was perfect for bathing the little one in the group. The patio is very nice and has a gate, so your pup can't escape if he gets out the door. Everything was great!
