Spectacular views and beautiful sunrises define this 4th floor oceanfront condo. This condo is great for those looking for a quiet vacation as this private balcony does not overlook the courtyard. In the living room there is a large sectional and flat screen TV that streams live TV through Xfinity Live Streaming. There is no shortage of entertainment . The crisp white kitchen is fully equipped for a stay of any length with a drip coffee pot and a full size, front loading washer and dryer. In the primary bedroom you’ll find a comfortable king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed. The two twin beds in the third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest,” is perfect for the little ones of the family. As this condo is a Silver condo, much of the decor, furniture, and appliances have not been updated in 7+ years. This condo does not have all the bells and whistles, but it will be a comfortable and clean condo. **Please note the AC is owner controlled and will not go below 70 degrees.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
