Welcome to your dream vacation home! Our stylish and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in the heart of town, just a short 15-minute stroll away from the beach. Whether you`re a remote worker, a family, or a solo traveler, our apartment has everything you need for a peaceful and restful stay.
As soon as you step inside, you`ll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Our apartment is a ground floor unit with two terraces that offer views of the lush greenery and wildlife that surrounds it. Listen and watch the howler monkeys that pass by in the mornings and afternoons.
The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying your meals al fresco, while the shared pool is ideal for taking a refreshing dip on hot days.
Inside, you`ll find all the modern amenities you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We`ve invested in high-quality mattresses and sheets to ensure that you get a good night`s sleep, and there`s a work desk and high-speed internet for remote workers. The apartment also comes with a dishwasher, two 65-inch flat screens, and hot water.
When you`re ready to explore, you`ll find that our apartment is perfectly situated for all your needs. Just a 7-minute walk away, the town offers a bustling night market, shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. And of course, the beach is just a short walk away.

Calle vascos is a very quiet and residential area just a few minutes walk from downtown. People who want to rest but be close enough to town appreciate this location. It is pretty safe to walk at night.
You can walk everywhere or those who like exploring other areas we recommend renting a car.
Please note parking is not assigned and you might have to park on the street.
QUICK‑START INSIDE • Tap water is safe to drink. One 5‑gal dispenser bottle provided; refills are on you. • Wi‑Fi: network & password are on the router (next to the TV). • A/C: keep at 24 °C / 75 °F. Turn off if you’ll be out > 1 h and keep doors/windows closed. • TV: two remotes (TV + Smart Box on HDMI). Log out of personal streaming apps at check‑out. • Laundry: load ≥ 8 kg and rinse sand off first; use beach towels (not bath towels) for the beach.
HOUSE REMINDERS • Power/water/internet flickers up to 5 min are normal; call if any service is out > 1 h. • Ants & the occasional (non‑poisonous) scorpion are common in the tropics. • Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM — absolutely no parties; fines or eviction may apply. • Lock doors/windows and don’t leave valuables in cars. • Construction noise is possible during the day; message us if loud work continues after hours. • Trash bin is in the parking area; collection Mon / Wed / Sat. • Tipping: 10 % is already included at most venues; extra is appreciated. Feel free to tip cleaning staff directly.

The host was welcoming and attentive to our needs. We stayed for over 30 days and the home was perfect for us. The property was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was nice and close, to our unit, we were walking distance to town and the beach. The monkeys visited regularly and were entertaining. We would definitely stay again with Andrea.

Check in was easy, walking distance to all shops and beach if you are active, otherwise you may want to rent a golf cart or other means of transportation, my wife and I carried a couple back packs for trips to the markets and groceries. Accommodations were as noted in add, nice 2 bedroom 2 bath, everything worked as it should. There are other rentals in the complex so at times it is quit busy, but still reasonably quiet, pool area is small and doesn’t take long to fill up.
All in all, a nice place to stay while in Tamarindo.

Our host Andrea was extremely responsive and is super quick with providing solutions, no matter what you needed. She’s simply the best we’ve ever had.
The condo is new and modern. Fairly well equipped. High speed wifi. The king size bed is soooo comfortable with quality linen. Plenty of towels, including beautiful large beach towels. The front terrace is large, fairly private and beautiful. While having our morning coffee, we could see the howler monkeys resting in the trees in front of the condo. They are not agressive at all, mostly sleeping on the branches and just minding their own business. There is a BBQ on the back terrace which we used a lot (we were there for 6 weeks). The beach is probably more like a 15 minute walk but in that heat it felt like hours lol. The good news is you can Uber anywhere in town or the beach for about $5. We didn’t feel like we needed a car has if you want to do any excursion most of them will pick you up at the condo or somewhere close in town. Tamarindo beach has lounge chairs and umbrella for $20 for the day. Lots of great restaurants. We truly enjoyed the place and the location. It’s really a fun town! Thank you Andrea for making our stay a memorable one. We hope to be back

The condo is new and fully furnished. Andrea sent us all the info we needed to check in as well as places to dine and activities.
The pool was so relaxing. The front patio was a great area for morning coffee.
The walk into town was 10-15 minutes. The place was very secure. I would definitely recommend!
