Welcome to my home, which I built with love, set on a 1,500-square-meter lot. It’s located 5 minutes from Cognac in a small, very quiet village called Richemont. You’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the woods—the perfect setting to recharge.
It can accommodate 8 adults.
The property:
A CHIC AND COSY, FULLY EQUIPPED HOME
❖ 4 bedrooms: 1 bed 180x200, 2 beds 140x190, 1 90x190 loft bed & 1 120x190 bed
❖ + 1 140x190 sofa bed (extra beds)
❖ 1 large living room with a sleeper sofa and dining area (seats up to 8 people)
❖ Cook delicious meals in a fully equipped, high-end kitchen with a microwave, oven, stovetop/range hood, and fridge/freezer. As well as all the necessary kitchenware.
❖ 1 large bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower + 2 private half-baths
The entire house (150 m²) is rented out and accommodates up to 8 people (€10 surcharge for 2 or more people).
Pets are not allowed (for hygiene reasons) and the property is smoke-free.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen features a long countertop that seats a family of four for meals. It is fully equipped with an induction cooktop and range hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker (SENSEO), a toaster, and a COOKEO…
BASIC AMENITIES
Toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, trash bags, salt, pepper, cooking oils, sugar, tea, and coffee capsules (SENSEO) are provided, along with 6 fresh eggs to be collected from the chicken coop.
SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED
You don’t have to worry about sheets and towels—they’re provided.
OUTDOOR FACILITIES
Swing, zip line, sandbox, and children’s play equipment.

Access to the chicken coop and the opportunity to collect fresh eggs
Heated outdoor spa (optional)
ADDITIONAL OPTION
❖ Access to the heated outdoor hot tub for an additional fee of 40€/day (24 hours)

100% self-contained accommodation with private, secure parking in front of the house. Idyllic walks through the woods along streams, to be enjoyed on foot or by bike around the house.
The garage is for private use only
OTHER NOTES
△ Allergies: There are 2 very affectionate cats that can stay in the garage or outside if necessary.
Parties are allowed upon request, as I need to notify the neighbors
I am available 24 hours a day if needed.
