We had a great stay at this property. There was a lot of space, it was very clean, and having private bathrooms for each bedroom was awesome! The view from the roof deck was really nice. This rental was close to many attractions. The fourth ward, we learned from our uber drivers and the neighbors is Martin Luther King Jr.'s old neighborhood where he grew up, where his burial, church, and memorial is. We didn't rent a car, but having a garage is key! We really enjoyed our stay, my daughter thought the property was the coolest ever, she loved the stairs and going on the roof deck. Would stay again if ever in Atlanta!

Perfect location within walking distance to Beltline. Gas station on corner for quick fill up if driving. Parking on premise wonderful with excellent system using garage code for entry. Clean and spacious.Could use a few more hangers in the closets. Must be physically able to navigate steps.

Good stay. Was able to accommodate my family. Parking is tight for more than two cars.

The house was beautiful, however, it was not clean. There was dog hair on the furniture, the bathroom showers were filled with personal items and one bathroom had dirty washcloth on the shower. The owner need to have the house professionally cleaned between rentals. If the place was professionally clean, he need to get his money back. Karen
