You have a uninterrupted 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean and beaches to the north including Stockton beach, Dudley ,Redhead, Blacksmiths, Merewether and Newcastle beaches are from five to fifteen minutes away. Ocean baths and swimming are available.To the west is situated Lake Macquarie. Yacht clubs The Lake meets the ocean at Swansea. John Hunter Hospital is also a mere fifteen minutes away. Cars restricted to the carparks. The Apartment is situated approximately 50 meters from the solid 2 meter high brick fence. The front yard has a vast space with lawns & gardens. The backyard boasts a large lawn, perfect for ball games, looking over a hinterland of forest merging into the Pacific Ocean where coal ships anchor. Occasionally, a pod of whales swim by playfully.
