The Space:
Welcome to this cosy 43 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue de la Harpe in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 Double bed, Living Room: 1 Double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs. There is a private small balcony — smoking is not allowed on the small balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the small balcony are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Rue de la Harpe runs through the oldest and most atmospheric part of the Latin Quarter, just steps from the Boulevard Saint-Michel and the Place Saint-Michel. This is one of the most historic and lively corners of the 5th arrondissement, where medieval streets wind between the Seine and the Sorbonne and the neighbourhood hums with students, tourists and Parisians in equal measure. Crêperies, bookshops, wine bars and small restaurants are packed into every alley, and the area has a genuine energy at almost every hour of the day.
Notre-Dame and the Île de la Cité are just across the river, the Musée de Cluny and its extraordinary medieval collection is a short walk away, and the Sainte-Chapelle is within easy reach. The Jardin des Plantes and the Grande Mosquée de Paris are a pleasant stroll to the east, and Saint-Germain-des-Prés is just across the Boulevard Saint-Germain. The Métro at Saint-Michel and Cluny La Sorbonne gives excellent access to the rest of the city.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Great location, waking distance to so many places.Many Meto, RER, Bus options nearby.Restaurants and shops just below on street level to choose from.We chose location to be near event we were attending on Saturday night…we were able to walk.Bonus: several Christmas markets open in this neighborhood.

The apartment had good location and is a decent value. I have lowered some ratings for the following reasons:- it was not exactly as described and shows some signs of use, such as sagging mattress, missing decorations, old appliances, missing utensils, etc.- WiFi worked well once I was able to connect to it since instructions provided were completely incorrect and I had to figure it out myself - the biggest annoyance was the communication with property management, a large company replying with templated text. They requested security deposit but the system they asked to use to pay it was outside of VRBO and did not work, then kept saying check in instructions will not be provided until deposit is payed. Made me really nervous by not resolving this until day before arrival. Support was not helpful and if they canceled reservation, would not have paid difference between what I paid and higher rate of last minute reservation.- when I reported a few problems with the apartment, they asked to take photos and videos in such way that made me suspect they would be nitpicking every detail when checking out. I probably would not stay there again and also avoid this platform in the future.
