Just 1-2 blocks from the Annapolis waterfront, the State Capitol, restaurants, shopping and the Naval Academy, this cherished property is registered with the Historical Society of Annapolis (originally home to “Sam’s Grocery”—a beloved neighborhood corner-store).
After Sam's Grocery closed up shop in the eighties, the building was converted into a bed and breakfast, most recently called the "Chez Amis Inn". Now its a unique rental home and you have the entire place to yourself! Each of the three upstairs bedrooms has been named by the former innkeepers and they are a tribute to the State Capitol's history. On the main floor you will find the Treaty of Paris Room-a library with an en Suite bath and Full size Sleeper sofa.
**Parking: No on-site parking. One dedicated space is provided in a nearby garage (10-minute walk). The garage charges a one-time $5 per vehicle service fee. Please contact us for parking details.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home and the owners do come back from time to time to stay in their property. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

The Wisteria House is a great house for a family visit to Annapolis. The hosts are wonderful, the house is comfortable and setup great to hang out and visit after walking around downtown Annapolis.

Had an event at St John's College. Not an exaggeration to say within walking distance, about two blocks! The rooms were charming, enough hot water each day for the whole family. Tourists walking by we're even taking pictures. Probably the best rental property we've ever used.

Excellent location for historic district/USNA/Capital. Plenty of space for 8 guests. Great gathering areas. We loved the historic nature of this triangular shaped house.

So much history, style, so much Annapolis. Beautiful place, great history, excellent host, awesome time, highly recommend. Very spacious too. Great spot - thank you!
