** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT **
The primary renter must be **at least 25 years old** and must remain at the property for the entire rental period.
** SPRING BREAK — MARCH & APRIL **
For reservations during March or April, **one parent or legal guardian age 25 or older must be present and staying at the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24.**
Violations of this policy will result in **immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.**
** VACATION AT ITS FINEST STARTER PACK **
We want your vacation to begin as soon as you arrive, so every stay includes a **complimentary starter pack of essential amenities.**
Your starter pack includes:

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean and well stocked. We even received a nice welcome package from them. Having two golf carts was a huge benefit for our large group. There was a slight hiccup with one of the golf carts not running properly before we got there but they had already addressed it and got us a new one for the week before we even arrived. The neighborhood pool was fantastic as well. Would highly recommend this property and stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful house! Received a small welcome basket upon arrival. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved not having to bring beach chairs & access to a golf cart during beach and pool time. We had a fabulous time, can’t wait to return.

We just got back from our best trip to 30A to date. This was our fourth summer in Santa Rosa Beach, and by far our best experience with the most gorgeous accommodations. The team at vacation at its finest was exceptional. Communication was clear and quick, the home was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had all of the beach gear we needed, more kitchen supplies than we could need, and comfortable beds that had us sleeping like we were at home. The resort pool in this community is amazing and perfect for those red flag beach days. We were close to lots of dining and shopping and several different beach access points. I cannot say enough good things about this home and this company. We cannot wait to come back and we will use vacation at its finest for every trip going forward.
