It was exactly as advertised for us. You're right on the water with access to the beach. We were looking for a cost effective way to enjoy the beach and we got it. My kids loved both pools, the beach, and the game room. They did not want to leave!
It's not a hotel. There is no front desk for check in, you get your information and go in and everything is in the room for you.
The room was simple and clean. The view was pretty great. I liked being able to see my vehicle and the beach. We watched the sunrise on the balcony every morning. It's in a great location where the balcony is bigger than most the others and faces towards the water. Air conditioning worked great and was a good retreat in the heat of the day. Not much seating inside the room but you can tell that from the pictures.

It was comfortable, clean, and affordable.. The set up was great for a week end of sun and fun.

Everything was amazing! Only thing I would bother to mention is that this place only has 2 parking passes for parking other wise any more you risk getting towed. We were a group of 5 persons coming from different directions, we had 4 cars. Also there was no staff at the front desk all weekend to check in and check out to. But all and all it was a perfect stay with an amazing view of the beach.

The hospitality was okay overall I just would’ve expect more since I paid over 700 The shower doesn’t work well, the beds aren’t that comfortable, the dishes were not clean properly. I couldn’t even make coffee since the machine was dirty and still had a filter from previous renters. The towels you could tell they were old. I would be giving a different review if I had not paid over 700 almost 800! For such a cheap experience, I’d hope by next time they actually upgrade the rooms because this was not it.
