As you step into the upper level of Villa 4 at Sunset Paradise Villas, you'll be greeted by a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area. The large sectional sofa invites you to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful beaches of Rincon.
The villa features two cozy bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Step outside to the covered patio that spans the entire back of the villa, where you can soak in the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the famous Rincon sunsets. If you want to stay in PR, this is the place to be. Beautiful ocean views from balcony. Your can hear the waves all day and all night. Beach is close, local food is authentic and very good. Close to the main road and shopping centers. Super clean, Managment was extremely attentive. No issues. We looking forward to booking again with this unit.

I must say that I was not expecting what was advertised. It was better! Our balcony was literally over the crashing waves of the beach. The sunset is also right outside, not just seen from our private balcony but from the living room which is opened to the balcony. The private Jacuzzi was not heating because of the last tenant but it was too hot anyways and we just used it to cool off. The private rooftop view was amazing also. From sunrise over the mountains of Rincón to sunset to the west next to Isla Mona in the horizon. The villa has everything we needed and didn't really need to go anywhere. It was an amazing stay and we will go again every year from now on.

The property is very comfortable and spacious. The outside area is a plus and where you will like to spend most of the time. Brand new grill and a semiprivate jacuzzi. Manager & staff are very responsive. Beach access is not easy but there are plenty of beaches nearby. Not a problem at all.
