The Space:

Tiny Inja 2 by Tiny Away is situated in the peaceful town of Kurrajong. Our holiday homes are situated 75 kilometres north-west of Sydney and are surrounded by wide-open spaces, dense forests, and birdlife.



This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home offers easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking essentials, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower. Relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy some wonderful stargazing.



There is a second tiny house called, “Tiny Inja 1”, discreetly located 50 metres away.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. Please be mindful of other guests in the adjacent tiny home.



ADVISORY:

- Check-in time is before 9PM only.

- Wi-Fi is available on the property, although not very good. The password is in the house.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present, roaming on the property. There are “Labradoodle” dogs on the land hosts property.

- We are surrounded by working farms and potential noise from neighbours mowing or working.

Tiny Inja 2 by Tiny Away is in the charming town of Kurrajong, NSW, just an hour from Sydney — the perfect base for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat. Slow down and reconnect with nature at our cozy holiday home.



Discover the best of Kurrajong village with boutique shopping, an IGA supermarket, bottle shop, chemist, 50-three Pâtisserie and Deli Lana. Kurmond shops also have a couple of food outlets, petrol stations and a bottle shop.



Exciting local attractions include Bilpin Cider Co, set on 10 acres of scenic gardens and orchard; a lovely spot for lunch. For Cider lovers, please find a 10% discount for any cider purchases from Bilpin Cider. Vouchers can be found inside the tiny house.



For great local dining, try The Village Kitchen or Kurmond Social. More options can be found in North Richmond and Richmond, just a 10 min drive.



Visit the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden for stunning views, Australiana Pioneer Village, the Richmond Good Food Market or Windsor Mall Sunday Market. Pick-your-own fruit Orchards operate throughout Bilpin from Summer to late Autumn.

1-hour Northwest from Sydney towards the and Lithgow & the Blue Mountains



By Public Transport

- For guests arriving by train, Richmond Station is serviced by Uber and there are taxis from the station.



Other Things to Note:

Pets Policy

- Well behaved pets are welcome in Tiny Inja 2.

- Pets must be always supervised and should not left unattended in your house or left to run around. Pets must be kept on leash as livestock is present on the property.

- Pets are not allowed on the bed. If extra cleaning is required – you will be billed for that.

- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests.

- Please pick up after your pet. Poop bags are provided.

- This is a rural environment and not a manicured estate. We may have plants, animals, and insects that can be dangerous to domestic animals. Please be aware of what your pet eats, sniffs and does. We recommend they be on a lead at all the times. A loose leash is provided, along with dog bowls. Please bring your own pet bed.



Other things to note

- No smoking allowed.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

- Please keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft are steep.

- We would like to advise guests that longer check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the flushing toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
