House just like description.I went back and forth about 4 or 5 stars. I am giving it 5 stars but there are some things that need attention. Most importantly— the bedding. The sheets and comforters were all microfiber/polyester. Personally, I find these to be cheap and get hot. A good cotton quilt and sheets would be an easier and more restful solution.Towels were great! Mattresses good. Lamps in all bedrooms would be nice and make it feel more “homey.”Toilet paper— only 2 and a half rolls were provided for the weekend. Not enough for a house of 8 people. We had to share the last roll between the two bathrooms on the last day.Trash bags— only one provided for the entire stay. It filled up fast.I messaged maybe 5 days out and requested they use lower toxic cleaners. They were unable because the house had already been cleaned, but did offer to cancel my stay. I said it was okay, but two of us did have headaches on and off all weekend. Fabuloso will do that. So if low tox cleaners are your preference be sure to ask way out in advance. The backyard toys and art’s & crafts were a nice touch for the kids.Over all this house was nice. Will I come back? Yes, but I do think a little more attention to small details would make it even better. Location great. Felt safe.

Host was amazing, house was so clean and tidy. Even had things for us to do on our down time from Santa’s wonderland. Our car battery went dead in the driveway and he helped us get a new one and on our way. I definitely recommend this house!
