We are just a couple blocks from the downtown shopping district and dozens of restaurants and shops. The apt. is a charming, newly restored space in the Aspen and Park Historic Homes. Lowell Observatory, Thorpe Park, and the urban trails are all within a few blocks and are conveniently located for trips to the Grand Canyon and the Snowbowl Ski Area.

Welcome to our charming short-term rental nestled within a spacious 7-unit compound, featuring two homes. This fully furnished space offers a cozy queen-size bed. The well-designed kitchenette includes a mini fridge, coffee pot, and more amenities for your convenience. The living area is inviting and comfortable, with plenty of seating for reading and relaxation.

Please note that this historic split home is shared with other apartment units, so noise may carry. To ensure a peaceful environment, we observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

The bathroom has a unique sloping ceiling, which gives it a quirky charm. Taller guests should be mindful of this when using the shower.

Our historic home has many great modern features but heating and cooling are not one of them. We do have a great radiant heating system in the winter along with extra portable units. In the hotter summer months, we can supply window or portable air conditioning systems plus fans to keep you comfortable.

Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
