*Please note: we have a noise-sensitive neighbour, so for everyone’s peace of mind we’ve installed a MINUT noise monitor. It only tracks noise levels (decibels - not conversations) and is positioned on the dining room ceiling.



*We have a travel cot and high chair at the property. It is a standard travel cot suitable from birth to 36 months and there is no extra mattress, pillow or linen, so if any are required, you will need to bring your own.



The Smart TV provides access to streaming and catch-up apps. Guests should use their own streaming account logins.



The property is professionally cleaned between stays, with professionally laundered bed linen and towels provided.



Standard check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Where our booking schedule allows, we’ll always try to accommodate requests for additional flexibility.
