Introducing Lowe Tide Condo at Grand Caribbean East. Both East and West Buildings in Grand Caribbean are gated communities. Public Beach Access 1 is nearby and home to one of Escambia County's beautiful manmade reefs. These reefs are available for scuba diving if you wish to bring your dive equipment.
