Come and discover Lyon and Beaujolais in the heart of the golden stones in our Provençal house.
The house and its 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds can easily accommodate a family of up to 6 people.
SLEEPING AREA
1 master suite with shower room and dressing room, Tv(iptv, Netflix) view of Mount Popey.
2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and a bathroom with bathtub.
1 toilet.
Bedding in very good condition, bed linen and towels provided.
LIVING SPACE
Large living room with semi-open kitchen
Sofa, armchair, dining table for 8 people, office space, piano, guitar, oriental percussion, 1 toilet, 1 laundry room (washing machine and dryer)
All the kitchen utensils will allow you to be at home (bean or espresso coffee maker, juice extractor, blender, cookeo, etc...)
OUTSIDE
Our house is located in a quiet environment with hiking departures through the vineyards 500 meters away.
A large 8x4 salt and heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi under the pergola, hammock, 4 sunbeds, 2 armchairs, some pool games, outdoor (molky, darts...)
A summer kitchen with barbecue, pizza oven (wood-fired), small drink fridge.
Pool towels are provided.
A BASKET OF VEGETABLES AND PRODUCTS FROM THE REGION ON YOUR ARRIVAL.
OPTIONAL:
Possibility of providing a Zoé electric vehicle. This vehicle can be suitable for journeys of less than 120km.
To be recharged on site.
Market every Friday morning and Sunday morning, U supermarket, carrefour market, lidl, la vie clair, local grocery store, farm sale and many shops in the town centre.
