Welcome to Escapes to the Shores 1405! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2,323-square-foot corner condo offers a front-row seat to spectacular sunsets from the balcony and living room windows. Situated on the west-facing corner, it provides breathtaking views of miles of sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters.
Inside, you’ll find luxurious touches throughout, including granite countertops and high-end finishes. The dining table seats eight, perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The first and second guest bedrooms also offer king beds, while the third bedroom provides two queen beds for maximum comfort. Additional sleeping options include two queen sofa sleepers, making it easy to accommodate family and friends.
After a day of sun and sand, gather in the comfortable living area with ample seating to watch your favorite shows on the large TV. With so many fantastic amenities at Escapes to the Shores, you may find yourself not wanting to leave until it’s time to head back home.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

This condo is everything it says it is and exactly how it is pictured. Minus the fact it’s MUCH bigger than I expected it to be! The balcony view is PERFECT! And the inside and outside pools are great and the little kiddie pool and splash pad right by the grills were excellent for my 1yo while we cooked burgers and hotdogs. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Our experience was wonderful! Just need to take extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper when staying at this condo. But beautiful condo and well maintained facilities!!

Came for our annual family vacation - 3 littles and 5 adults. The condo had more than enough space for everyone. The balcony has amazing views. Very large laundry room at the front of the condo made coming in from the beach a breeze and helped keep the sand at a minimum. The grounds were well taken care of and clean. There is an area for your dogs which was very helpful for taking out my service dogs.
