Great place, pans and pots are in poor condition, wouldn’t hurt to invest 50 at Walmart for a decent skillet and cookie sheet

The house and yard were clean and well maintained. There was easy river access and the yard is huge - great place for families!

Our stay at the Peach House was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' drive from Lost Maples and the surrounding area very pretty and serene. But the house, appliances, linens, and furniture are worn and needs a good deep cleaning and upgrade. The walls/doors were grimy, cobwebs around the house, dirt around all the ceiling vents, toothpaste in the sink, etc. There was a large gap under the front door and we found Giant Desert centipedes on 3 different occasions inside the home.
