Spacious house, 4 full baths and a beautiful living room with lots of natural light. Fire place (indoor and outdoor) and a nice pool table. Had an excellent stay here with my party of 4

The house had a great view of the lake. It was large and everybody in our party of 11 got their own bedroom. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our thanksgiving meal! We were able to make a fire in the fireplace and it worked really well. The host had great communication and the staff at the welcome center was very friendly.

Reviewer Comments:
This was our family's third trip to Beachwalk. We appreciate the updated amenities/activities this year and the friendliness of the BW staff. We were disappointed in the Beach Glass home. The outdoor area surrounding the home was completely uncared for and overgrown. Inside, the main floor living room furnishings were very, very uncomfortable, and not clean. The enclosed screened porch also had uncomfortable metal furniture, no cushions. Updated bed pillows are necessary, as are cooking utensils in the kitchen. We had to purchase dishwashing liquid and containers for food storage. While we enjoyed the location of the home on Lake Kai, we do not feel we would recommend this home or rent it again unless the LR furniture is replaced and the 2 porch areas updated. The grill was in great shape and we appreciated the quick response to replace the propane tank. It would have been nice if the golf cart had been provided with the house, as it was an extra expense. Not our best BW experience.
