The property was so nice, great for two families, but we were not on top of each other. Extra treats were so nice. Close to the public access at the beach. Loved the covered porches and the outdoor shower. Mary and Scott we so nice and quick to answer your questions!

We had a great stay at this house in North Myrtle Beach! This was actually our third year staying at this house, and we continue to be impressed every time. The home itself was clearly well cared for — you could tell the owner takes real pride in maintaining the property. Every room was clean and comfortable, and it was obvious a lot of attention had gone into the little details that make a place feel like a home away from home.Location was a huge plus. We were able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes, which made it so easy to enjoy the sand and surf without dealing with parking hassles or long drives. It's the perfect spot if you want quick, convenient beach access without sacrificing a peaceful residential feel. We rented a golf cart as there was parking for them near-by with beach access.Communication with the owner is easy. They are responsive, easy to reach, and quick to answer any questions we've had — both before we arrived and during our visit. Year after year, we've always been pleased with our accommodations here, and this stay was no exception.

This was our second visit to the property in three years and it was awesome again. Everything that you could possibly need is provided. Perfect location, comfortable beach living. It is like your home away from home. The layout is great and two families can share their time together, yet have their own space. We will one hundred percent be back again. Thanks Mary and Scott for another memorable vacation!
