The property was pet friendly, but they need to be on leashes because no fenced yard. Also, you and your pets are not allowed to swim in the lake since it’s a water reservoir for drinking water.

We love the location of Lakeside Paradise and it has all the comforts of home. This is always our first property choice when coming to Pagosa. The kitchen has everything you may need and has both pods and drip coffee makers. Always clean and ready when we get there. Another bonus is they have direct TV which allows the husband to watch his normal financial news. Maddie is a Rock Star property manager. She is on top of everything and very responsive to any unexpected issues that may arise. Not all property managers are created equal. VIP and Maddie are top notch.

The best birthday week! It was one of the most relaxing weeks we’ve ever had. My only complaint is no fresh air in the house. The windows are screwed shut. Other than that, I do recommend this place.

Reviewer Comments:
The place was exactly as pictured. We had six adults and three kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The lake was enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely stay there again.
