The condo was fantastic for our family of four. Having two full bathrooms, laundry in unit, and a well equipped kitchen made for a very relaxing time together. The staff were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The location on the first floor made coming and going to the beach super convenient. The property grounds are well kept, we never had any difficulty getting chairs at the beach, and daily beach towel service was fabulous. The beach itself was phenomenal. We snorkeled every day and saw very cool marine life. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature and time together.

Exceeded our expectations! It was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. There was plenty of room for our family of three, and having two full bathrooms was a huge bonus. The check-in experience was exceptional. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome rum punch, given a tour of the condo, and shown how everything worked, from the amenities to the controls, which made us feel right at home immediately. The owner also left us a thoughtful gift which was such a kind and personal touch. The location couldn't have been better. The beach was just steps away, and one of the highlights of our trip was snorkeling the reef right offshore every day. The water was beautiful, and having such easy access made it an unforgettable experience. The daily housekeeping service was another feature we really appreciated. We mainly used it for fresh towels and trash removal, but it was wonderful to have that service available each day.Everything about our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and well thought out. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Condo 4104 to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos.

This unit was perfect for us. Just a few steps to the ocean, washer & dryer, king bed, and full kitchen. It was an amazing week. Construction is still going on, but only bothersome when sitting out on the patio. It did not interfere with our sleep. Will definitely stay here again!

What a dream! Ground floor apartment. You simply walk outside and either jump in the pool or walk into the ocean! Beautiful, clean and friendly staff. Spacious and has a sleeper couch as well. Plenty of parking and most restaurants are just a 5 minute drive away. But you can also eat at the restaurant on site. I would recommend this place to anyone! Our kids said it was better than our own place!
