- a 50m² living room with fireplace, a dining area (table for 12 people) opening onto a large south-facing terrace offering a panoramic view of the mountain and the valley,
- a fully equipped kitchen: large capacity refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine, raclette machines.....
- on the garden level: an access with a fitted ski room, an additional refrigerator, a sauna for 6 to 7 people with shower and toilet, and a large games room with ping pong table.
- a large closed garage with electric charging station, and outdoor parking spaces for 4 cars.

The chalet is located on a high ground and enjoys a very open location and a magnificent view. Access to the centre of the village is 10 to 12 minutes away on foot and 5 to 6 minutes with the free shuttle bus (stop 150 m from the chalet).

Weekly rental from 3000€ in summer and 4500 € in winter including a para-hotel service: reception and provision of the premises for 12 people, cleaning at the entrance, at departure, and on request in the middle of the week, supply of linen (sheets and towels, dish towels).
