Eastside is a charming oceanfront duplex offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on each side, making it a wonderful option for families or groups. Freshly refreshed with new interior paint and updated kitchen countertops, Eastside provides a comfortable and inviting coastal retreat.
For larger gatherings, Eastside and Westside can be rented together, creating the perfect setup for family reunions or group vacations.
Enjoy oceanfront decks on both upper and lower levels, complete with rockers and chairs for relaxing and taking in the views. A shared private walkway to the beach includes a seating area and an outdoor boardwalk shower for easy beach access.
Additional shared amenities include:
Laundry facilities on the ground level
Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water
Charcoal grill
Ceiling fans throughout
HDTV and high-speed Wi-Fi
For weekly rentals, bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided.

The property is well down the island, so it is not busy. It is well-furnished and clean. They have most everything you need: charcoal grill, laundry, pots and pans, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, elec range. Each room have its own AC unit. The windows and views are great! We rented the cabana and that was definitely worth it, because everyone else’s shade structures were blowing away. TV didn’t work - satellite is unreliable. Spotty streaming via WiFi.

This is 2 side of a duplex. I thought I was renting the other side, which shows more updates. I do not know when the prop was checked last. The living room picture window was cracked top to bottom and across. Sometimes things happen. We had issues w the AC 2 times while there, and was not working when we left. I suspect it has been repaired. There is black mold in the bathrooms, not only unhealthy, but gross. I would expect it to be taken care of since I reported it. The cleaning person who came by could not or did not do anything about it. I also had to call for the wifi code - twice bc there was a capital in it. I expect that it will be easily visible in the unit. The last thing I want to do on vac is deal with this. As some compensation, we were allowed late check out. Knives are not sharp. Beds were comfortable. The ease of walking out onto your deck, or walk to the beach was the best! Plenty of seating. We had a good time regardless. I expect the above will not be a prblm for you. The management could not be nicer.
