**House Rules**

**Golf Cart (Included)**

This is huge on AMI—you get a 6-seat golf cart included with your rental.

- Separate rental agreement required at check-in
- Must provide valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- You're responsible for refilling the fuel tank when done
- If the tank isn't refilled, we charge a service fee + fuel cost (market rate)

**Check-in & Check-out**

- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM

**Occupancy**

- Maximum 6 guests
- This is a residential area—be a good neighbor

**Smoking & Noise**

- No smoking indoors; outside is fine
- Please keep noise to a respectful level during the day and night. You're vacationing in a residential neighborhood.
- Holmes Beach noise ordinance: 65 decibels daytime (7am–10pm), 50 decibels nighttime (10pm–7am)

**Security**

- Security cameras mounted at front and back for everyone's safety
