This is a Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 Bath-the smaller 4th BEDROOM has a Trundle bed, which sleeps, 2 children or teenagers.
This unit has 2 king/on-suites that sleeps 4 adults
The 3rd bedroom sleeps 2 Adults in Full-size beds--That is 6 adults
1 small bedroom/no closet that has a trundle bed----this is like having 2 twin beds---sleeping 2 children
TOTAL SLEEPING-8 ONLY
The Villa is located in Beach Walker, within the secured gates of the Amelia Island Plantation Resort. This Building is located in the B building so you and your Family will be just stepping away from the Sand and Surf.
The Villa has 2 balconies, one off the living area and one very large deck off of the Master Suite and a Bonus room for sunbathing and just relaxing with Friends and Family.
While staying in this villa you can stroll through the plantation shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road. The Plantation has more than just an array of amenities, it is its own small community within the most beautiful and secluded region on the entire island. The plantation encompasses the southern tip of the island and offers 24-hour security with private gate access only. This is truly a paradise within a paradise!
LEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.

The location to the beach and pool were the best! the updated furniture and decor was very nice. the beds were also very comfortable. Dee left coffee and Kuerig for us to enjoy and that was appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! A beautiful, cheerful place with lovely decor and plenty of nice dishware, towels, etc. Dee was great to work with, and the check-in/out process was super easy! (I should mention there are stairs, within the condo and also a few to get to it, so it might not be the best spot for anyone with mobility issues, but otherwise we recommend 100%. Especially great for families! Our kids/teens loved it!

Resort is excellent for families. The bedrooms and bathrooms need updating. The ceiling fan did not work. Shower leaked. Floors were not cleaned completely before arrival.
