Summary:
The entrance of the Hayloft Cottage has a couple of steps leading up to the stable style door. As you enter the accommodation you will find the cosy lounge with sofas and Netflix enabled TV, there is a kitchen dining area in a room off from the lounge. The bathroom is on the first floor with an electric shower over the bath.
The 1st bedroom features a double bed and the other 2nd bedroom is smaller, ideal for children with 2 single beds close together.
Open the sliding french doors into your own private garden dog friendly with views across the farm land.
The Space:
We have a variety of cottages ranging from sleeping 2 to 6 people. Cottages can be rented for a week or more during peak periods. Off peak we accept a minimum 2 night stay all prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels and heating. Kitchens are fully equipped, some with dishwashers and washing machines. A laundry is provided for use by all guests, irons, ironing boards, washing machine, and drier.
Boswell Farm is set in 50 acres with its very own tennis court. With 7 cottages on the farm we can cater for larger groups. A short distance from the Jurassic coast and in an area of outstanding natural beauty Boswell is certainly a unique property
Guest Access:
All of our cottages have their own entrance, upon arrival you will find a key in the door for self-check in we have a large car park in behind barn please use this and not outside the main house.
The Neighborhood:
Boswell Farm Cottages is situated on the slopes of the beautiful Sid Valley, within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Boswell offers 7 holiday cottages set amongst 52 acres of land with its own lake and natural spring.
Getting Around:
To make the most of Boswell's and Sidmouth's natural beauty we recommend either walking or cycling that said most places can still be access by car.
Other Things to Note:
EV Charging is an extra cost
Interaction with Guests:
Our cottages are set around a central courtyard near the family home we have 3 friendly dog who are likely to come and introduce themselves for a tummy rub. Please note Boswell is still a working farm so don't be surprised to hear the local cattle in surrounding fields. We are here if you need us but will not intrude on you vacation.

Just come home from a lovely stay at the Hayloft. Within minutes of being there Magic the cat was saying hello and then we had Honey (one of the dogs). Our dog Lucky was so excited having new friends. The setting was so peaceful all you could hear were the birds. Highly recommend staying here. Well done Andy and Rosie your doing a great job.xxx
