Walk the beautiful garden grounds as you make your way to the property’s 100-foot boardwalk and dock. Immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds, borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock, or take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle! Relax on the oceanfront terrace and enjoy the view. Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball or corn hole. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre and 40 mins from Victoria.

This suite is small and hotel room like. There are SEVERAL STAIRS down to the water so if you have mobility issues and want to go down to the water and dock, studio probably would NOT be a good fit for you. The terrace, which overlooks the Harbour is easily accessible with no stairs. Studio has a HALF kitchen. Small fridge, two burner stove, convection oven, air fryer, Keurig, kettle, toaster, blender and microwave. Bathroom with toilet sink and small standup shower. Covered patio with table, chairs, BBQ and fire table. Full access to Seascapes oceanfront property, dock, terrace, boardwalk, oceanfront beach, moorage, kayaks, and crab traps. Laundry room open from 9 AM to 7pm.
No smoking in-suite. Centrally located a kilometre from Sooke town centre. My wife and I stayed in the studio for our wedding anniversary! The studio is very nice, tucked away for a very private, and quiet retreat. Tiffiny was such a great host communicated with us well, and was very kind to us.

Was a great stay. Exactly what we needed. A nice cozy place with a good view of the ocean and dock . Well stocked with food condiments.Definitely recommended to others. Lots of amenities close by.
