Lovely little villa about halfway between the surf club at Middleton and Emu Point. Fantastic for taking your dog for long walks on the beach. Comfortable beds and nice quiet surrounds. Well recommended.

I recently stayed and I would like to provide some feedback. Overall, the house is fine and conveniently located near the beach. However, there are no shops nearby, so you will need to drive about 7–10 minutes to buy food and supplies. The property could benefit from a more thorough and detailed cleaning, particularly the entrance door, windows, bathrooms, and patios. Additionally, the house does not have a BBQ, air fryer, or dishwasher. While this is a minor inconvenience, it does not significantly affect the comfort of the house. Please note that this is a condominium with around 20 houses, all used for vacation rentals.
