A very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location with stunning views. The only criticism is maintenance issues. Faulty blinds reported over two months ago, still not fixed. Also several double glazed windows 'misted'. Overall a brilliant holiday location that we use several times a year.

For me, this is a perfect apartment in the perfect location overlooking Goodrington Beach and a short walk into Paignton. As the brochure says the car park is at the bottom of a very steep drive, but I managed to park right outside the front door on the road.Apartment was extremely clean and everything you would need for a holiday. The bed is comfortable and I have no complaints..The view from the balcony overlooking Goodrington and out to Brixham and Berry head For me made this holiday even more special.Will definitely be booking here again

A fantastic apartment with an amazing view of the sea. It had easy access to the beach through the private car park which was at the end of the drive. I would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing holiday
