The Space:

This 4-bedroom, double storey duplex is great value! It is only a short 650m walk to the sandy shores of Fingal Bay, a beautiful stretch of coastline that offers a patrolled surf beach at one end and a section with calmer waters ideal for toddlers and young children at the other end. There is also a leafy beachside reserve with a scenic walking and bike path, fantastic children's playground, a popular cafe and a restaurant overlooking the water. From your comfortable holiday home, it's also only 800m to Fingal Bay Sports Club, which offers lawn bowls, a kids play area and affordable meals.



You are sure to be happy in this spacious, modern duplex. The open plan living area has a large, plush lounge and TV, with 2 6-seater dining settings and a spacious, modern kitchen that is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, stove and fridge. Step outside to the grassed, fully fenced yard with plenty of space for kids to run around.



The ground floor also has an internal laundry with washer and dryer.



All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs and offer either built-in or walk-in robes. The main bedroom has a queen bed and private ensuite with a walk-in shower and a toilet, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the remaining 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The main bathroom has a spa bath to luxuriate in, plus a walk-in shower and a toilet.



Secure parking for 1 car is available in the garage, and there is room for a large boat or additional vehicle to be parked on the driveway or grass.
