The large and bright living/dining room also opens onto the large screened lanai. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The walk-in showers with safety bars, and the unit's close proximity to the elevator makes beach living a little easier. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs, loungers and a beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office.
