Overall a well priced stay centrally located close to Houston and great looking inside with plenty of space for guests. Unfortunately previous trash from other guests wasn’t picked up/removed prior to our arrival, so there was no room for trash removal upon check out. There was a disposed box spring left in the front yard and the showers are sprinkler style heads so the shower experience was a bit difficult for us black folk lol . Neighborhood slightly rough but I recommend staying here for well priced stay near Houston

Okay for the price of the stay I gotta give it to them it was worth it. Even though crazy things happen throughout my stay overall the place was very welcoming, clean spot to enjoy your getaway, communication was smooth didn’t really have to bother them much, rooms was very clean. felt better than home (little insects will be in the house if the doors open too long)

The property was beautiful and near many of the attractions. Also, the host was very nice and nice responded in a timely manner to our questions. The only concern was the sturdiness of the kitchen furniture, and overall cleanliness (minor).

Thank you for accommodating for us!
