Pacific Villas: Unit 6 is located in the 3-story east building on the second floor. The unit is ocean facing with a partial southwest ocean view and is nestled in a 6-unit vacation rental complex on the Oceanside Strand.

Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM.
Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM.

Property Details:
- Unit 6 does not include a parking space on site. Guests will be provided with a parking pass to street park outside the top gate of the complex. This pass will allow uninterrupted parking 24 hours/day for the duration of the stay, with the exception of street sweeping every 1st and 3rd Monday (west side 6A-10A; east side 10A-2P).
- Unit accommodates two guests comfortably, however up to four guests are permitted with an added charge of $25/guest/night after two guests.
- Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events.
- Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property.

PAYMENTS
- Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival
- If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking
- Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival
- Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property

CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date to move the funds to. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.
