A 45-square-meter apartment with a separate kitchen and bedroom, located on the second floor. The entrance opens onto the terrace, which is also furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for spending time outside, smoking, or enjoying a drink in peace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, oven, and refrigerator, as well as an electric stove, blender, and a kettle for tea.
We also provide guests with coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper (and herbs), and water in the fridge for the first day of their stay.
We also provide a little welcome surprise for every stay.

In the bathroom, in addition to the washing machine, we provide laundry detergents—in powder and liquid form—as well as fabric softeners.
The welcome kit includes: shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, and disposable toothbrushes in sealed packages.
There’s a first-aid kit with everything you need, as well as a sewing kit in case you need it.

The apartment is located in a residential area that is very quiet throughout the year. In the summer, however, it gets crowded.
It’s just a 5-minute walk from the boardwalk and 7 minutes from the beach.
The area is well-served by all kinds of amenities, shops, and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.
The public transportation stop that takes you to the city center, other beaches, or Golem is just a 7-minute walk away.
The harbor is 2.5 km away, and the city center is 3.5 km away.

The beach features a pedestrian area where you can take morning or evening walks, or cross between different beaches without disturbing swimmers or sunbathers.
