This pretty one-bedroom apartment of 35 m² entirely air-conditioned with the wifi will charm you with its contemporary decoration.
It consists of a large living area opening onto kitchen, fully equipped and functional.
The very bright bedroom opens onto a very nice balcony, and offers a large double bed. It is next to the shower room with toilets.
It is possible, on request only, to have an extra bed in the living room (mattress).
Thanks to its location in the heart of the city center, in the trendy district of Carré d'Or, a few meters from the beach, all shops are nearby.
You can discover the city on foot since you are a few meters from the main shopping street, rue d'Antibes. A few steps, you will be on the famous Croisette and its beaches, as well as the Palais des Festivals and Congress that is also nearby.
The train station or the rue des Hoche restaurants are also a few minutes away.
Visit one of the Provencal markets Gambetta and Forville to soak up the authenticity of the city. Not far, go to meet the fishermen of the Old Port through the charming streets of the old town, the Meynadier pedestrian street, and the Suquet that are nearby.

I enjoyed the flat and would recommend staying there. The location is perfect as its close to the exhibition and the promenade. The flat is clean and fully equipped with everything I needed during my stay.
The best thing about this property is the host. Super responsive and accommodating.

The property was what we expected. The facility was clean and everything worked as it should. The flat was close to public beach and train station. Next steps fixed paint ceiling and walls in main entry and add continues had rail on stairs. We enjoyed our experience in Cannes and would recommend this property to other travellers.

Excellent flat ,clean, everything worked as expected, air conditioner appreciated. Great location close to public beach and train station. Next steps improve common entry fix walls / ceilings improve hand rails.

Bonjour à tous merveilleuse expérience chez Olam Properties excellent emplacement très bel appartement bien équipé et délicatement décoré, et ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié c’était la réactivité à mes questions et la gentillesse, un grand merci je recommande et vivement à l’été prochain! :)
