This level also features a second, spacious and modern full bathroom. On the lower floor, you’ll enjoy a secondary kitchen connected to a living-dining area with direct access to the pool area. There are also two additional bedrooms: one very spacious with a double bed and a daybed—ideal for accommodating up to 3 guests—and another bedroom with a double bed. Important Notes: • The pool is heated free of charge up to 22 °C. If you wish to increase the temperature to 28 °C, an additional cost of €15 per day applies. This service is available upon request and must be arranged at least 2 days in advance to ensure the water reaches the desired temperature by your arrival. • All villa facilities are available for guests to enjoy. However, the bedrooms on the lower floor will only be made available for bookings of more than 5 guests, with one additional bedroom opened for every 2 extra guests.
