This unit is designed to be the perfect home base for an unforgettable mountain getaway. Step inside to a bright, welcoming space with an open layout that feels instantly cozy. The newly updated kitchen features everything you need to prepare a hearty meal for a day of adventure. Relax in the inviting living room where a warm fireplace awaits after a day on the mountain. Just beyond is a private patio offering the ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening of stargazing.
The guest bedroom is conveniently located off the living room and features a twin over full bunkbed that’s perfect for families. The primary suite includes a plush queen bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Guests have access to a community laundry room and a refreshing pool available during the summer months. In the summer walk to Lionshead and Red Sandstone playground. With three bus stops just steps from the unit, you’ll never have to worry about parking during your stay. There is also free parking along the north side of Vail View Dr. Please abide by all posted signage. SkyRun is not responsible for any parking fines, both boots or tow.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.

Good value, good location on bus route, well stocked kitchen. Overall nice accommodations with plenty of blankets and comforts for home-like feel.

Pros: the location is right on the bus line to the ski resort. The unit has a nice fireplace that included a log for each night, and the kitchen had the physical objects that we needed. Cons: When we arrived, the dedicated parking spot for the unit was occupied. We parked in the only available space, which resulted in a threat of being towed. The kitchen floor was dirty when we arrived, as the last person in (tenet or management?) clearly walked around with snowy boots and left a trail of salt and dirt that we had to clean. Each of our three nights, the pipes made consistent pinging noises starting around 11pm. We had ear plugs in our travel kit, but without them we would not have slept well.
