The master suite has a king bed, it's own bath and direct oceanfront view with TV and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin/full bunk bed with it's own TV.
The building has a private picnic area with a gas barbecue for guest use. Walking distance to on-beach dining; Chase's on the Beach, Tiki Bar, Toni and Joe's and Flagler Ave.
Location: New Smyrna Beach Inlet has the best waves on East Coast of Florida. 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando and Disney, You can enjoy everything from central Florida's amusement parks, to relaxing on what some consider to be 'the best beach in the world'.
Local parks with access to river where you can boat, jet ski, kayak, fish, crab and see the manatees and dolphins. Flagler Avenue close by for great shopping.

Best view in NSB! Watched sunrise as well as Space X launched from the balcony. Condo is as described with fully stocked kitchen and Patrick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Perfect beachfront rental. Well equipped with boogie boards, chairs, kitchen appliances and utensils great. Patrick was wonderful, responsive and helpful

The host is very responsive. The view is the best, and we appreciate having a washer/dryer in the unit.
