It is within less than 1 mile, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston, the Pearl and Alamo. Enjoy a great location with private parking.

This house was great. Old house that is really well kept and very clean. Host was easy to get a hold of and very helpful.

We only stayed one night to be closer to the airport for our early flights the following morning but the place was cuter than expected and closer to downtown than expected which was great. However, when we arrived there were still alcohol cans on the porch from the party before us, a dirty rag left in the shower, several handfuls of broken shot cups that were spun in the garbage disposal from the party before us we had to dig out to use the sink and we couldn’t put our trash out properly this am bc of overflowing can out front. Other reviews had us worried about the neighborhood but it was totally fine. It seemed safe just a little industrial with a lot of new development coming up. We were a little uncomfortable that the windows didn’t have blinds and we could see both into others windows around us as well as a crew of construction workers on another home in the back so ladies, wear your robes for your morning coffee 😂. Honestly can’t beat the price for location. Would recommend.
