The area is some way from the centre of Catania and a bit of a warren. Once through the front gate, though, we found a very nice appartment and a lovely private garden and pool. A nice retreat for a few days.

Our children loved the pool which is deep and set in a small garden with terracotta pots all around it. The area is quiet and close to the airport and was easy to find. There's also plenty of parking close by.
Thanks Francesca and Valentino!
