Looking for the perfect location for your next getaway? Look no further! Our newly remodeled penthouse at Costa Ensenada Condominium is located in the heart of Rincón, just steps away from beautiful El Balneario Beach. Known for its peaceful atmosphere, this beach is the ideal place to relax and unwind.
Located on the 5th floor with two elevators, this modern two-level penthouse offers comfort and convenience.
The main level features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, dining area, and laundry room. There are two bedrooms, one with a private ensuite bathroom, plus an additional full bathroom.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper level, featuring a third bedroom, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and access to your private rooftop terrace with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and lounge chairs.
Guests can enjoy the condominium`s shared swimming pool and small gym with basic exercise equipment. Beach towels and chairs are provided.
Parking is available for two vehicles in a back-to-back arrangement. Please note that a spiral staircase is required to access the upper level and rooftop terrace.
A generator is available during power outages.
Enjoy walking to the beach, town square, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and shops. A rental car is recommended for exploring the area but isn`t necessary for nearby attractions.
Please remember this is a private condominium, not a hotel. Our team is available to assist, but we don`t have 24/7 on-site staff.
Only a starter supply of toiletries and basic essentials is provided. Guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay.
Damage Deposit of $200 is required
We will charge you extra if/for:
-Late checkout- $100
-Noise Complaints- $100-$200
- Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
- Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each
-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
-Smoking - $150
-Visits or more guests than the maximum allowed- $100

The Condo was amazing! Hosts and take great care. The area is perfect for many things to do. The host gave great options along the way for things to do! Great host, great place!

The place is spectacular. It is located in a very good area. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. It also has several tourist places to visit. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. My only concern is that the air conditioning did not cool properly. For the rest, everything was excellent.
